What is sent

Your pasted YouTube link is parsed in this browser. Only its comment ID is submitted in a same-origin POST body. The video ID, other parameters and fragment are discarded. The server forwards that ID to Google’s fixed comments.list endpoint, requesting only the resource ID. The Google API requires that identifier as a request parameter; your original URL is not forwarded.

No YouTube account login, channel OAuth, comment text, author, email, uploaded media or moderation data is requested. The server API credential is kept outside the browser and public assets.

Storage and clearing

The application does not write inputs, API bodies, IP addresses, user agents or results to durable storage, analytics or console logs. A short in-memory cache holds a hash of the comment ID and the minimal result for at most2minutes, with at most64entries per isolate. It is not a visitor identifier or durable history. This cache avoids repeated API reads and expires automatically; cached results keep their original observation time. No database, cookies, localStorage or third-party advertising is used.

Clear removes the current input, consent and result and cancels the current browser request. In-memory server entries expire within2minutes; this does not delete any comment or information held by YouTube. Browser-native history/autofill or device access by other local programs is separate from application storage.

Hosting metadata

Cloudflare serves this site and processes normal connection metadata. Google processes the forwarded comment ID and server request. Their infrastructure processing is separate from the application’s no-durable-input-storage behavior; no claim of zero provider logging is made. Cloudflare privacy policy.
